Carton Type

Overall Equipment:

1. The machine base adopts the overall 20mm national standard steel plate structure, modular design method, and various functional modules are selected according to the needs.

Folding Department:

1. The folding part adopts three paper feeding guides to make the work more stable and smoother, and the upper pulley belt alone increases the power to prevent the slipping phenomenon of the belt being thrown and turning the carton.
2. Especially install three sets of crimping rollers to improve the situation of poor crimping of printing slotted cardboard and improve the accuracy of carton forming.
3. Specially designed abduction belt power trapezoidal wheel to rectify and adjust speed separately, which is in line with multi-style adjustment operation, fast and convenient, so that the box sample can be accurately closed and away from the bell mouth.

Pressing Part:

Conveying Department:
